3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:The bidder must be manufacturer or agent.
If the Bidder is a trader or an Agent, it shall meet the following requirements of qualification and provide certificates:
a. The agent must provide sole official letter of authorization by manufacturer.
b. The company shall have established not less than 3 years based on bid opening day.
c. The bidder shall have sales performance for similar products. (Sale contract or end-user certification shall be provided and signed or sealed by representative of Bidder)
d. Manufacturer shall be responsible for the technical services, or provide the authorization of the technical services to the bidder.
e. The bidder commits that Manufacturer, Agent and Tenderee/Contractor shall jointly sign the technical agreement, and the Bidder and Manufacturer shall bear joint liability for the technical requirements of the Tenderee;
f. Manufacturer and agent cannot participate the bid simultaneously. If the manufacturer authorizes an agent to participate this bid, only one agent can be authorized.
The rate of one percent (1%) for deviation shall be added to the bid price in the evaluation if the bidder is an agent.
