3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance: (1) The manufacturer of the equipment submitted by the bidder must have the "Special Equipment Manufacturing License of the People"s Republic of China" approved and issued by the State Administration for Market Regulation.The permitted itema include: Passenger ropeway manufacturing (including installation, repair, and reconstruction). The permitted sub-items include: passenger aerial ropeway (derail-holding ropeway). Or provide relevant proof document for the filing of imported products of passenger ropeways (provode the type test report of special equipment and thequery results of the special equipment public information query system);
(2) The bidder has built at least one single-line circulating detachavelle-free direct drive ropeway with a horizontal distance of more than 800m in China (provide the supervision and inspection report from the National Cable Inspection Center);
(3) No special equipment safety accidents caused by equipment reasons in the recent years (from January 1, 2019 to the present) (a commitment letter is required as proof);
(4) This tender allows ropeway system equipment manufacturers or agents to participate in the bidding.If the bidder is an agent, a letter of authorization issued by the manufacturer of the products being bid should be provided;
(5) The equipment offered by the bidder must be safe and reliable, with no casualties caused by the equipment in the country (a commitment letter must be provided as proof);
(6) Be able to provide good after-sales service (list the customers and after-sales service institutions within China, and provide relevant proof materials);
(7)Bidders shall provide the most advanced technology and brand-new equipment in the world at present, and the relevant software provided must be the latest versions in both Chinese and English (a commitment letter must be required as proof materials);
(8)The main supporting equipment should be of world-renowned brands (a commitment letter should be provided as proof).
