Qualifications or Performance:(1) The manufacturer shall have experience in manufacturing similar equipment and have sales performance. Manufacturers in China have agents or maintenance agencies to provide long-term maintenance services for products. The equipment recommended by the bidder should be mature and reliable. .Since January 2016, sales records of over 15 sets(inclusive) of film packaging (nitrogen atmosphere) equipment of the same type must be obtained, and the user reflects well,the bidder needs to provide the performance data during bidding(Definition of equipment of the same type: inkjet printing equipment).(2) once the bid is awarded, the bidder must sign the contract with the Tenderee. If the bidder does not have the ability to sign a contract with the Tenderee, his bid will be rejected. (explanation: in the tender, the one who signs the contract shall be the one who bid and won the bid. It is not allowed for the contract to be signed by Party B where Party A is the bidder.)
