Qualifications or Performance:1. The bidder shall be a lawfully established enterprise (capable of assuming legal responsibilities and financially independent). 2. The Horizontal Tank Wire Drawing Machine, Fine Wire Drawing Machine and Micro Wire Drawing Machine shall be of the same brand. The bidder shall be the manufacturer of the Horizontal Tank Wire Drawing Machine, Fine Wire Drawing Machine and Micro Wire Drawing Machine or its authorized agent.
