The PG model used in this project bidding must have a sales record of 200 or more units from January 2020 to present, with good user feedback (the bidder needs to provide performance data). (2) Once awarded the bid, the bidder must be the signing party of the project contract with the tenderer. If the bidder does not have the ability to sign a contract with the tenderer, their bid will be rejected. (Note: In the bidding process, it is necessary for the bidder to bid, win the bid, and sign the contract. Party A cannot bid, and Party B cannot sign the contract.)
