3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:1.Supplier is experienced on block honing machine project, honing machine design and manufacture and production line retooling, bi-metallic block crank bore honing process design. In recent 5 years, supplier has provided at least three modularized block honing machines and bi-metallic crank bore honing machines to engine company in China, and now these lines are used for mass production. The retooling should meet customer"s requirement and has been in mess production.
2.Supplier shall be experienced on NAGEL Germany honing machine retooling. In recent 5 years supplier has retooled at least cylinder bore honing machine and crank bore honing machine. Machine should meet customer requirement and have been put into mass production.
3.Supplier has teams for after sales service and machine maintenance in China. The team shall be able to do machine maintenance, and respond in 4 hours.
4.The proposed machines is mature product, must be used into mass production for at least 3 years in international market.
