If the bidder is an overseas enterprise, provide the enterprise registration certificate; (3) If the bidder is an agent, they must provide the original authorization letter issued by the equipment manufacturer, or the original authorization letter from the manufacturer"s domestic wholly-owned subsidiary, or the original authorization letter from the regional agent authorized by the manufacturer; If the original document cannot be provided (such as annual authorization), provide a copy and keep the original document for future reference; (4) The bidder has the necessary equipment, professional skills, and financial capabilities to fulfill the contract (provide a commitment letter in a self drafted format); (5) Bidders shall comply with relevant laws and regulations of the People"s Republic of China and successfully register on the China International Tendering Network (www.chinabidding. com) before the bid opening date in accordance with regulations.
