3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:1.Supplier shall be experienced on block leak test machine and plug assembly machine and so on, which is high flexibility and automation especially for leak test machine without hydraulic station. In recent 5 years, supplier has provided ancillary machines to top vehicle engine plant in China and overseas market, and now these lines are used for mass production. At least 5 lines of block line high flexibility and automation ancillary machines including leak test machine without hydraulic station shall be provided. Has provided at least 5 ancillary machines including leak test machine without hydraulic station to China market.
2.Supplier shall be able to ensure quality, safety and schedule, and finish final acceptance in time.
3.Supplier has teams for after sales service and machine maintenance in China, and especially in Shanghai. The team shall be able to do machine maintenance, and respond in 4 hours.
4.The proposed machines is mature product, must be used into mass production for at least 3 years in international market.
