3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:3.1 The bidder shall be an independent legal entity established and validly existing in accordance with the law in the People"s Republic of China or a country or region that has normal trade relations with the People"s Republic of China.
3.2 If the bidder is an agent, they must have a unique special product agency authorization letter issued by the manufacturer of the intended goods for this project (only one bidder can participate in the bidding for goods of the same brand and model)
3.3 Bidders are required to provide at least one proof of performance for hot snow blowers in the past three years (from January 1, 2022 to the bidding deadline) (unlimited quantity). (Provide complete original contract)
3.4 The bidder has a good financial condition and is not in a state of property takeover, bankruptcy, or other closure, suspension, merger, or conversion.
3.5 Requirements for Bidders" Dishonest Behavior: They have not been included in the list of dishonest persons subject to enforcement by the Supreme People"s Court on the "Credit China" website (www.creditchina. gov.cn) or credit information sharing platforms at all levels (based on the webpage query results after the deadline of this bidding announcement).
3.6 The bidder is not included in the list of seriously illegal and dishonest enterprises by the Administration for Industry and Commerce on the website of the "National Enterprise Credit Information Publicity System" (www.gsxt. gov.cn).
3.7 Units with the same person in charge or different units with controlling or management relationships shall not participate in the bidding of this bidding project at the same time.
