Description

The successful Proponent will provide direction to the City for the environmental assessment and source soil removal at 4609 52 Avenue within the regulatory framework to develop a Risk Management Plan (RMP). Within this RFP, the proponent will develop a pragmatic approach to guide the site into an operational, Regulator-approved RMP. The approach should include, at minimum: i. A Phase 2 ESA to close any data gaps for soil or groundwater and develop site-specific vapour inhalation guidelines. ii. Removal of source material (soil exceeding management limits and free product). iii. A RMP for the site. Negotiations may be conducted.
