Qualifications or Performance:(1) The bidder is the manufacturer of the bidding product or an agent with the authorization of the bidding equipment manufacturer for this project; if it is an agent, the manufacturer"s authorization certificate for this project must be issued (see Format IV-9-4, Volume 1 of the bidding documents); (2) The original or copy of the credit certificate issued by the bidder"s bank within three months before the bid opening date. (3) Performance requirements: At least one gel removal pump of the same or similar size that has been successfully operated in the SAP industry at home and abroad. This performance list should include product name, specifications, models, and quantity. Prototypes or trial products shall not be used. A performance list and a copy of the contract or a written proof of the user is required. (4) Bidders abide by Chinese laws and regulations, have good commercial reputation, and have no records of illegal or irregularities in business activities in the past three years. (5) The correlation between the third-level equity of each bidder is less than 5%.
