3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:1.The bidder must have the ability to produce the equipment for this bidding. The bidder should provide delivery performance of no less than 10 sets of equipment with the same or similar functions from April 1, 2022 to present, and provide relevant supporting documents such as contracts or orders.
2. The manufacturer of the bidder shall have the ability to offer effective after-sales service for the bidding equipment (Name and contact details of the unit providing after-sales service shall be offered).
3. The target equipment must be brand new, please provide a "commitment letter".
4. The bidding product should be the technical product of the manufacturer of the bidder. The bidding product may involve relevant patent content, and the bidder shall ensure that the tenderer is exempt from liability for patent identification and infringement.
5. Bidders are required to provide exclusive authorization from the equipment manufacturer for their participation in this project.
6. The bidder shall provide certificate of cooperation or agency (for agent as bidder).
7. Other qualification certification documents required in the bidding documents.
