Main technical requirements: The bidder shall be responsible for the design, manufacturing, transportation, unloading, positioning, installation, commissioning, training, delivery and inspection, quality assurance, after-sales service and technical support of the goods listed in Table 1 (hereinafter referred to as "goods"). The turnkey project shall be implemented. In case of conflict with the commercial contract, the commercial contract shall prevail. See Chapter 8 for details.
