*3.4 Performance requirements: The equipment manufacturer to be invested by the bidder shall have the application performance of at least 2 sets each for handling and storing 1220×1400mm quartz glass substrate handling manipulator, automatic storage device and monolithic storage transportation device in the past 5 years; Related fixtures and ancillary equipment for glass substrates of all sizes shall be included in the scheme, and proof of performance shall be provided in the tender documents. If some trade secrets are inconvenient to disclose, key information can be coded;
3.5 The bidder has good bank credit and business reputation, is not in the state of being ordered to suspend business or bankruptcy, and the assets have not been restructured, taken over and frozen, the bidder shall provide the original or copy of the bank credit certificate issued by the bank where the basic account is opened within 3 months before the bid opening date;
