Manufacturers in China have agents or maintenance agencies to provide long-term maintenance services for products. The equipment recommended by the bidder should be mature and reliable. Since January 2013, the independent implementation project of the same type of material scheduling system must have 5 or more sets of sales records and the user reflects well (the bidder needs to provide the performance evidence of contract or purchase order).(2) once the bid is awarded, the bidder must sign the contract with the Tenderee. If the bidder does not have the ability to sign a contract with the Tenderee, his bid will be rejected. (explanation: in the tender, the one who signs the contract shall be the one who bid and won the bid. It is not allowed for the contract to be signed by Party B where Party A is the bidder.)
