3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:3.1 All legal persons or other organizations from People"s Republic of China (PRC) or countries or regions that have normal trade relations with People"s Republic of China (PRC) can participate in the bidding; Domestic bidders provide copies of valid business licenses, and overseas bidders provide copies of business registration certificates or other valid certification documents.
3.2 The electric engineering vehicle of the brand invested by the bidder shall have at least one domestic sales record (provide a complete copy of the contract) from January 1, 2020 to the bidding deadline (subject to the contract signing time).
3.3 If the bidder is a manufacturer outside People"s Republic of China (PRC), it shall have a resident service agency or an entrusted agency in China, and be able to provide timely and effective after-sales service at the project location; If an overseas manufacturer authorizes an agent to bid, the manufacturer shall set up a permanent service agency or entrust an agency to provide after-sales service in China; The bidder shall provide the introduction of the after-sales service organization and a copy of the business license (if the after-sales service organization is an agency, it shall provide a copy of the after-sales service authorization issued by the manufacturer).
3.4 Reputation requirements:
3.4.1 Domestic bidders shall meet the following conditions:
(a) The bidder has not been listed in the list of enterprises with serious violation of law and dishonesty by the administrative department for industry and commerce in the national enterprise credit information publicity system; Inquiries shall be made by the tenderee or tendering agency, and submitted to the review committee for review.
