3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:1) If the bidder provides the goods as per the contract, which are not manufactured by the bidder himself, the bidder shall provide a formal authorization letter from the manufacturer (the format is as per the "International Competitive Bidding Documents for the Purchase of Electromechanical Products" (Volume I));

Explanation:
