Overview:In order to meet the development needs of China"s railway construction, the Baogang Steel Rail & Beam Rolling Mill aims to effectively improve the physical quality of 100 meter high-speed steel rails, and win market and reputation by enhancing the physical quality. At the same time, China Railway Rolling Stock Technology Service Group Co., Ltd. and the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of China National Railway Group require the promotion of rail surface quality testing equipment and the improvement of rail profile size measurement and dynamic surface quality testing processes by various rail production enterprises. Therefore, it is necessary to add two sets of cold state profiling equipment to the 1 # and 2 # cold zone production lines to actively respond to the requirements of China Railway Group.

3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:1.1 Company or organization in a country or region with normal trade with the Peoples Republic of China; (overseas company, bid for CFR Tianjin Xingang, China (USD, euro or Japanese yen)).
1.2 The bidder should have a good bank credit and commercial reputation, and have not cheated on winning the bid or seriously breached the contract in the past three years.
