Overview:China Coal Yulin Coal Deep Processing Base Project of ChinaCoal Shaanxi Energy & Chemical Group Co., Ltd. LDPE/EVA Extruder and Pelleting System Package Unit , the procurement scope includes two extrusion granulation systems (main extruder and additive extruder). The main extruder includes: 1 main extruder and its associated main motor and variable frequency drive system associated transformer, main extruder tail gas discharge system, granulator and its associated motor and variable frequency drive system, die face cutter and hot oil system,-up valve, screen changer system, gearbox lubrication system, particle water system, hydraulic oil system, three-way diverter valve and slide valve, hot water system, particle drying and grading system, exhaust fan system. The additive extruder system includes: 1 additive extruder, gearbox and its associated motor and variable frequency drive and associated transformer (if any), lubrication system, piping and accessories from the additive extruder to the main extruder system, barrel heating system. The extr granulation system also includes internal piping valve station, PLC control system, ESD interlock system and on-site control panel, condition monitoring, cable tray and related and instrumentation equipment, spare parts, technical service, anchor bolts, supports, initial fill of lubricating oil, special tools, etc.

3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:1) Domestic enterprises with independent legal representative qualification, which could provide valid business license; and overseas enterprises, which are required to provide relevant supporting documents for registration at the address of main manufacturing plant according to the laws of the country (region).
2)Bidders are required to provide the supply performance of a set of Extruder and Pelleting System for LDPE or LDPE/EVA units of 250,000 tons/year or above from 2018 to the deadline for bidding (subject to the time of contract signing), and a valid contract scan copy (the contract contains at least the Home, technical part and signature page of the contract). If the contract cannot reflect the above contents, other relevant valid supporting materials must be provided, and the original documents shall be available for reference.
3) The bidder must be a Extruder and Pelleting System Package Unit manufacturer, and the agent bidding is not accepted.
