3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:(1) Bidders are legal persons or other organizations who participate in bidding. This Invitation for Bids is open to all suppliers from within the People"s Republic of China (hereinafter abb. as "PRC") and all countries/areas which have regular trade relations with PRC. Bidders must pay for the bidding documents and register for the record; otherwise the bidder has no qualification to attend the bid.

(2) 12 inch integrated circuit manufacturing enterprises in mainland China: (1) Sales performance of FOUP: PC material must have more than 10000 pieces, low moisture absorbing material must have more than 5000 pieces, and diffuser must have more than 3000 pieces; (2) RSP Wing type must have a track record of over 5000 pieces on the overhead crane. A copy of the relevant performance contract must be provided, which should reflect the signing party, project name and content, delivery date and other relevant elements of the contract. If a confidentiality contract has been signed with the client, the copy of the contract can conceal key information such as the signing party and project details (product model, contract price, etc.), or use performance certification and seal as a record.
