3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:Bidders from within the customs territory of the People"s Republic of China shall provide their business license or legal representative certificate for public institutions;
Bidders from countries or regions that have normal trade relations with the People"s Republic of China (hereinafter referred to as "qualified source countries/regions") shall provide valid proof of business registration and other licenses for operation.
1) If the goods provided by the bidder in accordance with the contract are not manufactured by the bidder itself, the bidder shall obtain the formal authorization letter from the manufacturer of the goods to provide the goods in this bid (see Volume 1 "Format IV-9-3 Bidder (as Agent) Qualification Declaration Format" for the format of qualification certification materials, and see Volume 1 "Format IV-9-4 Manufacturer"s Authorization Letter Format" for the format of the authorization letter issued by the manufacturer);
The manufacturer"s authorization letter includes those directly issued by the manufacturer; Or issued by a wholly-owned company of the manufacturer within the territory of the People"s Republic of China; Or issued by a unit authorized by the manufacturer and allowed to re authorize.
2) Documents proving that the bidder has the necessary financial, technical, and production capabilities to fulfill the contract:
Bidders or manufacturers are required to provide at least one performance similar to a direct scanning laser tracker (with contact and scanning measurement functions) since January 1, 2019 (provide a copy of the contract).
3) The original or a copy of the credit certificate issued by the bidder"s bank within three months prior to the bid opening date (if the copy is deemed invalid, the original credit certificate should be provided).
Bidders within the territory of the People"s Republic of China shall provide the original or a copy of the credit certificate issued by the bank where they opened their basic account. Bidders from qualified source countries/regions shall provide the original or a copy of the credit certificate issued by their bank account.
Bidders within the territory of the People"s Republic of China must provide proof of their basic deposit account.
