3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:3.1 The bidder shall be an independent legal person legally established and effectively existing in the People"s Republic of China or a country or region with normal trade contacts with the People"s Republic of China (Domestic bidders shall provide: copy of business license; Foreign legal entity or organization must provide: copy of registration certificate).
3.2 If the bidder is an agent or system integrator, it shall provide a copy of the unique authorization letter issued by the manufacturer of the key equipment (darkroom, hub) for the project.

3.5 Key equipment (dark room, hub) manufacturers in China must have after-sales service and maintenance capabilities (must provide after-sales service team (at least including mechanical, electrical, quality management, etc.) introduction, service network address, contact information, after-sales service plan and after-sales service commitment letter, format of their own).
3.6 The bidder shall provide the "Integrity Statement" (in its own format) and promise to abide by the relevant laws and regulations of the People"s Republic of China, without the following circumstances:
(1) There are pending lawsuits and poor performance records related to the bid goods or business;
(2) The relevant administrative departments of the State and Chongqing (including the city or any district or county) shall impose the administrative penalty of suspension of the bidding qualification, and within the penalty period.
