They also feature a two-way connection with CAD systems.

3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:3.1 Meet the requirements of "2. Eligible Bidders" in Chapter 1, Section 1 of the bidding documents, Volume I.
3.2 Bidders and the manufacturers of the equipment they bid must have been established for no less than three years. Distributors participating in the bidding must obtain the manufacturer"s sole authorization for this project. For equipment originating from within the customs territory, bids from distributors will not be accepted.
3.3 Performance requirements: The manufacturer of the equipment bid by the bidder must have 1 or more similar equipment performance records within 60 months prior to the bid closing time (based on the contract signing date) (provide copies of the contract and corresponding acceptance reports).
3.4 Bidders must have good banking credit and business reputation, must not be under the state of being ordered to suspend business or bankruptcy, and their assets must not be under restructuring, receivership, or frozen.
3.5 If the bidder is providing goods from outside the customs territory of the People"s Republic of China, the bidder must be the contracting party who signs the foreign trade contract for this project with the buyer. If the bidder does not have the ability to sign a foreign trade contract with the buyer, their bid will be rejected. (Explanation: If the product is an imported product and an import contract must be signed, the winning bidder must sign the foreign trade contract in their own name with the buyer or the buyer"s business agent and can accept foreign exchange paid by companies within the customs territory of Mainland China.)
3.6 Acceptance of consortium bids: Not accepted.
3.7 Can one participate in the bid without purchasing the bidding documents: No legal person or other organization that has not purchased the bidding documents from the bidding agency is allowed to participate in the bid.
