3) The bid goods shall have the Medical Device Registration Certificate of the People"s Republic of China or the Filing Certificate of Category I Medical Device, which is valid on the date of bid opening;
4) The bidder is a manufacturer specializing in the production of the required equipment, or a valid authorized agent;
5) The bidder has no major illegal record in business activities within three years before participating in government procurement activities;
6) The bidder has no criminal record of bribery since the start of business activities;
7) The bidder is not included in the "Credit China" website (www.creditchina.gov.cn), the list of persons subject to enforcement for trustbreaking, the list of parties to major tax violation cases, and the list of records of serious violations of government procurement by the Chinese government procurement website (www.ccgp.gov.cn).
