3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:a. The Bidder must be an independent legal entity registered according to law. Domestic bidder"s registered capital shall be no less than RMB 62 million, the bidders shall be continuedly in business during the last 5 years (at least since January 2019, date on business license shall prevail) and the bidder shall provide a copy of valid business license in the bid. Foreign bidder"s registered capital shall be no less than EUR 8 million or equivalent amount;
b. The bidder shall have at least two (2) projects succesfully implemented financed by foreign government loan or international finance corporation loan from 2019 to the bid opening date (The date of signing the contract shall prevail). At least one of those above-mentioned contracts shall be completed and financed by KfW loan and with a minimum contract amount of not less than EUR 4 million or equivalent amount in other currency each;
c. The Bidder shall be continuously in business during the last five years (2019-2023) .Average annual turnover shall be more than EUR 8 million or equivalent in the past three years (2021-2023).
