3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:Qualification and Achievement requirements for the bidder
The following documents must be provided
(1)All Bidders are requested to fill in according to the requirements of Format IV-9 in Section IV and provide relevant information;
(2)The bidder whose product origin is outside the customs must be the manufacturer; Or the agent directly authorized by the manufacturer. The agent shall meet the following conditions for bidding:
①The bidder should provide a letter with original sole official authorized by Manufacturer for the bid;
②The Agent shall get registered in accordance with the local law for at least three years from the bid opening date and copies of valid registration documents such as business license shall be provided;
③The bidder shall have sales performance for similar products in two different years within three years from the bid opening date. Copies of the contract / purchase order evidencing its sales performance or Certifications from Enduser should be provided and signed or sealed by the Bidder;
(3)The bidder whose product origin is within the territory of the Customs must be the manufacturer (agent bidding is not accepted).
(4)The Bidder shall provide the original or copy of the credit certificate issued by the bidder"s Bank of deposit within three months before the bid opening date (The signature or sealing by the respective of bidders is needed).
(5)Bidders are not included in CNPC Suppliers, contractors, service providers blacklist (Suppliers, contractors, service providers blacklist show at www.cnpcbidding.com).
(6) Other Qualification and Achievement requirements stipulated in Chapter VIII.
