3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:This Invitation for Bids is open to all legal persons or other organizations from within the People"s Republic of China (hereinafter abb. as "PRC") and all countries/areas which have regular trade relations with PRC (hereinafter called "the eligible source countries/areas")
3.1 The bidder shall have a valid business license or business permit certificate;
3.2 Bidders must be the manufacturers of the products they bid for, and provide a manufacturer qualification statement in the bidding documents;
3.3 From January 1, 2022 onwards (based on the date of contract signing), the bidder shall have a track record of five or more sets of online dust removal devices or NEW ULTRA CLEANERs (dust removal width ≥ 7m) for film production lines (one contract or multiple contracts with a cumulative total of five sets shall be recognized). Provide a copy of the contract in the bidding documents (the contract must reflect key pages such as product specifications, quantity, contract signing time, signatures or seals of both parties), otherwise it will not be recognized;
3.4 Bidders must have good after-sales service (the bidding documents must provide a written commitment and specify the after-sales service organization, including at least the address and contact information);
