3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:1. The documents submitted by the bidder to prove its ability to perform the contract after winning the bid shall include the following documents:
1) If the goods provided by the Bidder in accordance with the Contract are not manufactured by the Bidder, The bidder shall obtain the valid authorization letter of the goods manufacturer agreeing to provide the goods in this bid (refer to the Format IV-9-4 of Chapter 4 of Volume 1 of the Bidding Documents) or the authorization of the bidding products from the agent with authorized authority (and the relevant certification documents of the agent with effective authorization shall be provided). The supporting documents should show the integrity of the goods manufacturer"s authorization chain for the bid products); When determining the number of bidders, if the bid products of two or more bidders are produced by the same manufacturer or integrator, it shall be determined by one bidder. If two or more integrators or agents use the same manufacturer"s products as part of their project package, and the total price of the same products exceeds 60% of the total bid price of the project package, it shall be determined by one bidder.
2) Authorization letter from the person in charge of the unit.
3) The original or copy of the credit certificate issued by the bidder"s bank within three months before the bid opening date.
