3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:* (1) The bidder shall fill in and submit relevant materials in accordance with the requirements of Format IV-9, Chapter 4 of Volume 1 of the bidding documents.
* (2) Bidders must be manufacturers (agent bids are not accepted).
* (3) The bidder is not included in the blacklist of suppliers, contractors and service providers of CNPC (the blacklist of suppliers, contractors and service providers of CNPC can be queried on CNPC Tendering and bidding website /www.cnpcbidding.com).
* (4) The original credit certificate issued by the bidder"s bank within three months before the bid opening date or the copy of the original (signed or sealed by the bidder"s representative).
* (5) The bidder shall, in accordance with the requirements of China Customs, provide the manufacturer"s domestic special equipment manufacturing license, that is, TS certification (the scope shall include the types and specifications of the bid products) or special equipment type test certificate/report (the scope shall include the specifications and pressure levels of the bid products). The bidder shall provide color copies of the above valid certificates and attachments and screenshot of the website of the State Administration for Market Regulation (https://cnse.e-cqs.cn/info-pub/pub); Or the bidder promises to provide the domestic special equipment manufacturing license (TS certification) or type test certificate/report of special equipment (the scope shall include the types and specifications of the bid products) in accordance with the requirements of China Customs before the goods arrive at the port.
