3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:(1)This project does not accept bidding by agents, nor does it accept bidding by consortiums.
(2)The tenderer"s multi-function measuring instrument shall have the application performance in the production line of 1580mm or above hot strip mill (HSM) or the equipment with the same function, and the performance description submitted by the tenderer shall contain the measurement functions that have been put into use in the reference plant on the thickness, bulge, width, center temperature, profile, wedge, length, finishing mill (FM) scanning temperature of the hot rolled strip, as well as the correction function of the profile.
(3)The tenderer shall have a valid letter of authorization issued by the manufacturer of the multi-function measuring instrument to approve the use of relevant products in this project for integrated bidding.
(4)The various qualification certificates, licenses, authorizations, etc. provided by the tenderer should be within the validity period and must be true. The tenderer will be rejected if they are found to be forged, altered or false.
(5)Not included in the list of enterprises with serious illegal and dishonest acts in National Enterprise Credit Information Publicity System (www.gsxt.gov.cn) (if applicable).
(6)Not included in the credit rating blacklist in Credit China (www.creditchina.gov.cn)(if applicable).
