Qualifications or Performance:3.1 Any legal person or other organization from the People"s Republic of China or a country or region that has normal trade relations with the People"s Republic of China may participate in the bidding. 3.2 For bidding products: If an agent participates in the bidding as a bidder, it is necessary to provide a valid agency authorization issued by the manufacturer or integrator. If no audit report is issued in 2023, an audit report for 2022 may be provided. If the bidder has been established for less than the specified year and has not been audited, it may provide financial accounting statements for each full month since its establishment.
