Additional Instructions:9.1 This project is on the Aerospace Science and Industry Centralized Procurement Platform( https://www.e-casic.com )>Conduct the entire process of electronic bidding and tendering, including registration, remittance of bid security, preparation of bid documents, bidding, bid opening, evaluation, and public announcement.
9.2 Bidders must complete registration and CA digital certificate processing on the Aerospace Science and Industry Centralized Procurement Platform before the bidding deadline, otherwise they will not be able to bid and will bear the consequences.
9.3 This bidding adopts both online and on-site offline bidding methods. Bidders need to submit the paper version of the bidding documents to the designated location before the bidding deadline, and within the specified time on the procurement platform of China Aerospace Science and Industry Corporation (CASIC)( https://www.e-casic.com/ )Decrypt the electronic bidding documents. If there is any inconsistency between the electronic bidding documents and the paper bidding documents, the paper documents shall prevail.
