Overview:The laser gas phase reaction is integrated with the in-situ detection system of nanosecond laser, reaction vacuum chamber and detection spectrometer. The nanosecond laser and reaction vacuum chamber have been built, and the detection spectrometer to be purchased in this bidding is integrated with the former two as a system. The detection spectrometer needs to use 532nm laser as the excitation and detection means of light signal, and the objective lens needs to be placed on the outdoor surface of the vacuum chamber, and the long focal length of the objective lens is 50-200mm. The in situ spectrum detection device light path is introduced into the vacuum chamber system to detect the laser induced gas phase reaction at the same time.
