3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:(1) The bidder shall be an independent legal person or other organization in accordance with the bidding law of the people"s Republic of China; (2) In case of agent bidding, the bidder must obtain the manufacturer"s authorization for the equipment of the project issued by the manufacturer of the bidding goods or the certificate that can prove the legal agency relationship between the bidder and the manufacturer; (3) The bidding goods provided by the bidder must be new equipment; (4) The manufacturer of the bidder or the tender supplier must have the experience of producing or supplying such equipment. The manufacturer of the bidder or the tender supplier has provided at least 5 sets of equipment that are the same or similar to the bid product in Chinese mainland over the past 3 years. (5) Before the deadline for submission of bids, the bidder must submit the bid to the electronic trading platform for bidding and tendering of mechanical and electrical products designated by the Ministry of Commerce (hereinafter referred to as the trading platform for mechanical and electrical products, website: http://www.chinabidding.com )Complete valid registration on (as the registration review of the electromechanical products trading platform takes a certain time, if the bidder decides to participate in the bidding of the project, please log in to the website as soon as possible to check whether it is in a valid registration status, so as not to affect the normal bidding due to going through the registration again near the bidding deadline); (6) Consortium bidding is not accepted for this project.
