3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:1、The bidder has a valid business license (bidder registered within territory of People"s Republic of China)/ Incorpration Operating license document (bidder registered outside territory of People"s Republic of China), and a copy of the corresponding certificate is required;
2、Domestic manufacturers are required to provide the Special Equipment Production License of the People"s Republic of China; Foreign manufacturers must provide special equipment type test certificates and the Special Equipment Production License of the People"s Republic of China for the products they invest in;
3、If the bidder is the manufacturer of the invested product, or belongs to the same group (controlled by the same parent company) as the manufacturer, or has a controlling or participating sales company with the manufacturer, if the bidder is a sales company in the above situation, relevant proof documents must be provided to prove that they belong to the same group (controlled by the same parent company) as the manufacturer or have a controlling or participating relationship with the manufacturer.;
4、The explosion-proof solenoid valve and proximity switch in the bidding products must have a mandatory Chinese national product certification certificate;
5、From January 1, 2014 to 7 days before the deadline for submission of bidding documents (based on the contract signing time), the bidding product (pneumatic butterfly valve) has supply performance for full density polyethylene devices in China, and a single supply performance contract must include at least one 42 inch pneumatic switch valve butterfly valve. Scanned copies of the sales contract (including the stamped pages of both parties, project name, goods name, supply quantity, and signing date page) and the signed version of the technical agreement (which should reflect the project name, device scale, and supply list) must be provided. Failure to provide or incomplete information in accordance with the above requirements will be considered invalid performance.
