3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:Bidders must be manufacturers of BOG compressors and do not accept bidding from agents. Bidders must provide at least the following qualification documents, otherwise their bids will be rejected:
1. The manufacturer"s business license (business registration certificate) or business license certificate at the place of origin;
If the bidder is a domestic registered company, it shall have the valid independent legal personality and provide a valid business license; If the bidder is an overseas registered company, the valid certificate of company registration shall be provided;
In the past three years, the bidder has not been sued for failure to perform the contract, delayed delivery, product quality problems and legal disputes, the bidder must provide a statement of commitment, otherwise its bid will be rejected;
The manufacturer participating in the tender shall provide relevant documentation of the ownership of its technology. For proprietary technology, provide relevant patent documents; for non-patented technology, provide documents that can prove that it legally owns the technology; for technology authorized by others, provide legal and effective technology authorization documents;
The bidder undertakes that the technology and equipment provided by the bidder does not and will not infringe the patents, trademarks, Copyrights, trade secrets or other intellectual property interests owned or controlled by others. In case of any disputes arising therefrom, the bidder shall bear all responsibilities and compensate the company for all losses;
The bidder shall provide the scanned copy of the annual financial audit report issued by the accounting firm in the last three years, which shall be stamped with the bidder"s official seal. If it is estimated from the audited balance sheet or financial report of the stated financial year that the bidder is insolvent, the bid will be rejected;
Bidders in the past three years in the CNPC quality supervision spot check and quality problem notification (subject matter) has no quality problems suppliers (review qualified, can be accepted); Not included in the list of abnormal operations and the list of seriously illegal and dishonest enterprises by the National Enterprise Credit Information Publicity System (www.gsxt.gov.cn); Not blacklisted by Credit China website (www.creditchina.gov.cn); Is not China executive information network (http://zxgk.court.gov.cn/) in the faithless person subjected to execution list.
