3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:3.1 Must pass ISO9001 or equivalent quality system certification.
3.2 The equipment provided by the bidder shall be a product with low energy consumption and raw material consumption among similar products, and shall comply with national and local safety, environmental protection, and fire protection requirements in Shanghai.
3.3 For components that are necessary for the operation of the entire equipment, even if they are not listed in this bidding document or the quantity listed is insufficient, the bidder shall still make up for them free of charge during the execution of the contract.
3.4 Bidders should have sales performance of the bidding equipment. The bidding equipment should have usage performance in the same industry and provide three-year sales performance of similar domestic equipment, and be able to provide relevant stamped supporting materials. They are responsible for the quality, performance, completeness of supply, installation guidance, and debugging of the equipment.
3.5 Provided relevant air subsystem testing benches for at least five typical fuel cell related enterprises nationwide; At least one national level testing and certification institution has provided relevant subsystem testing benches and corresponding supporting documents.

3.7 The supplier shall provide the license certificate of imported measuring instruments issued by the National Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision of the People"s Republic of China for the relevant users in Chinese Mainland who have provided corresponding products and have a good after-sales quality assurance service system.
