3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:3.1. Similar products from 12 ton forklifts and pulp wrapping clamps (flat clamps) manufacturers have achieved mass use in China.
3.2. Bidders must have obtained ISO-9001 certification or equivalent quality certification qualifications, have good sales performance, good reputation for use, good after-sales service, and good technical support.
3.3. Bidders must provide a Special Equipment Production License (including installation and repair) issued by the Quality and Technical Supervision Bureau of the People"s Republic of China and a Special Equipment Type Test Certificate issued by the National Quality Supervision and Inspection Center for Lifting and Transportation Machinery; Foreign manufacturers are required to provide type test reports.
3.4 Domestic bidders must provide a business license that combines the three certificates, and the supplier must have the corresponding business scope.
3.5. Domestic suppliers should have maintenance service points and spare parts warehouses in the Shanghai area. The seller of overseas supply should have an after-sales repair service point in China.
3.6. The original or photocopy of the credit certificate issued by the bidder"s bank within three months prior to the bid opening date.
3.7. Bidders must provide a statement stating that there have been no major violations in the past three years.
3.8 Domestic bidders must provide a screenshot of the website of the National Enterprise Credit Information Publicity System to prove that the list of non serious illegal and untrustworthy enterprises is not available, or a screenshot of the website of the China Judgment Document Network to prove that the company is not a bribery unit.
3.9. Units with the same person in charge or different suppliers with direct controlling or management relationships shall not participate in bidding activities under the same contract.
3.10. The authorized representative of domestic bidders shall provide proof of legal payment of social security in any month within the past three months of the bidding unit.
3.11. Domestic bidders shall provide financial statements audited by intermediary agencies (qualified accounting firms) from 2021 to present. Enterprises established for less than three years shall provide financial statements from establishment to present.
3.12. If the bidder is an agent, they must provide the manufacturer"s unique authorization letter for this project.
3.13. Bidders must submit their bids on an electronic trading platform for mechanical and electrical product bidding recognized by the Ministry of Commerce of China (hereinafter referred to as the "Mechanical and Electrical Product Trading Platform") before the bidding deadline.
