3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:(1) Overseas bidders:
1) Overseas bidders shall provide relevant registration certification materials;
2)The bidder must be the owner of an independent legal technology patent. Since January 1, 2012, the bidder should have a single line of 150,000 tons/year and above the scale of the kettle method EVA device in operation or under construction project performance 1 set. And provide a copy of the contract and the manufacturer"s contact information for verification. The above construction in progress results include all projects that are under construction, in design or have had a start-up meeting;
3)The original or photocopy of the credit certificate issued by the bidder"s bank within three months before the bid opening date;
4) This tender does not accept bids from consortia and agents.
(2) Domestic bidders:
1) For legal persons or other organizations lawfully registered within the territory of the People"s Republic of China, provide a valid business license or institution registration certificate, bank account opening license (or the basic account certificate issued by the bank);
2), must have the general taxpayer qualification (such as the general taxpayer qualification certificate issued by the tax authority, or the recently issued VAT special invoice bookkeeping copy, or the official website of the tax authority general taxpayer query record screenshot);
3) The bidder must be the owner of an independent legal technology patent.
