3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:1. The bidder shall be the manufacturer of the invested product, with valid business license of enterprise legal person or local registration materials; In the case of agents or distributors, the original scanning copy of the manufacturer"s authorization letter and after-sales service commitment letter must be provided.
2. Since January 1, 2021, the bidder shall have at least one performance of the invested product (with the same brand and specifications) subject to the signing date of the contract, and the scanned copy of the contract shall be provided.
3. The bidder can provide good after-sales service (list of customers and after-sales service organizations), and the equipment is used without major accidents and bad complaints.
4. Before the bidding deadline, if the bidder bids products of imported brands and the goods are already in China, the bidder shall provide the scanned copy of the import declaration form; If it is not in the territory of China, the bidder must promise to provide import declaration form at the time of supply (bidder"s own commitment).
5.The bidder shall provide the instrument metal material safety inspection report issued by the national inspection center of the chromatograph, and the imported products shall provide the certification certificate that meets the international standards.
