Manufacturers have agents or maintenance agencies in China that can provide long-term maintenance services for their products. The equipment recommended by the bidder should be mature and reliable. Since January 2015, there must be sales records of at least 10 units of the same type of equipment (COP and FOP) each, and users have reported good results (the bidder needs to provide the performance evidence of contract or purchase order). (2) Once winning the bid, the bidder must be the signatory of the project contract with the tenderer. If the bidder does not have the ability to sign a contract with the tenderer, their bid will be rejected. (Explanation: In the bidding process, the bidder must bid, win the bid, and sign the contract. Party A cannot bid, but Party B must sign the contract.)
