Qualifications or Performance:1. If the bidding product belongs to medical devices:
If the bidder is a medical device manufacturing enterprise, the second and third types of medical device manufacturing enterprises shall provide the Medical Device Production License, and the first type of medical device manufacturing enterprises shall provide the first type of medical device production filing certificate;
If the bidder is a medical device operating enterprise, the third type of medical device operating enterprise shall provide the Medical Device Operating License, and the second type of medical device operating enterprise shall provide the second type of medical device operating record certificate;
A complete and valid medical device registration or filing certificate issued by the food and drug supervision and administration department
2. Bidders must have one of the following authorization documents: a. Original authorization letter issued by the manufacturer; b. Original authorization letter issued by the domestic holding subsidiary of the manufacturer; c. A copy of the authorization letter issued by the manufacturer to the authorized regional agent and the authorization letter issued by the regional agent (original special authorization letter is required, original non special authorization letter is available for reference). d. A copy of the product agency certificate obtained by the bidder (original for reference).
