3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:Qualification Requirement:The bidder must ensure that the project does not, under any circumstances, infringe upon third-party technology patents globally. The bidding document must include a clear written statement addressing this issue. After the project"s implementation, any responsibilities stemming from patent issues shall be the responsibility of the bidder. The bidder retains the right to pursue accountability and seek relevant financial compensation in such matters. Contract Reference Requirement:The bidder has undertaken at least one brake pedal force testing equipment project in the automotive industry in the past three years (from the beginning of 2021 to the date of bid opening), which is currently providing services or has been completed, based on the date of contract signing. If the agent bids, both the manufacturer and the agent"s performance can be provided (the performance must reflect the relevant information of the brake pedal force detection equipment of the manufacturer in this bidding, not limited to the performance directly signed by the manufacturer), and relevant supporting materials need to be submitted:
1) A copy of the contract agreement should be attached;
2) The contract should be signed or stamped by all parties, except for special forms of contracts such as electronic contracts and orders.
Requirement of Trading Agent:Manufacturers are encouraged to bid. If the manufacturer is really unable to participate in the bidding and selects agents to bid, the selected agents shall meet the following requirements:
A．When the bidder promises that the similar products of the bidding brand have entered the domestic market for ≥ 2 years: ① the performance of acting for the similar products of the brand shall not be less than once (the letter of acceptance or performance contract and other supporting materials shall be provided); ② the company has been established for ≥ 2 years and has more than 2 years of similar equipment agency experience (the letter of acceptance or performance contract and other supporting materials signed before January 1, 2022 shall be provided); ③ Letter of Authorization (It is required to include the manufacturer"s sales model description in China. If not, it is required to provide a separate sales model description issued by the manufacturer (including domestic offices, etc.) in China.).
B. When the bidder promises that the similar products of the bidding brand have entered the domestic market for < 2 years: ① act as an agent for the similar products of this brand or similar equipment products of other brands for no less than once (the letter of acceptance or performance contract and other supporting materials shall be provided) ② Letter of Authorization (It is required to include the manufacturer"s sales model description in China. If not, it is required to provide a separate sales model description issued by the manufacturer (including domestic offices, etc.) in China.).
