3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:(1) The bidder is a legal person or other organization that responds to the bidding, has purchased the bidding documents from the tenderer or the bidding agency and participates in the bidding competition. Any legal person or other organization that has not purchased the bidding documents from the tenderer or the bidding agency shall not participate in the bidding.
(2) Any legal person or other organization from the People"s Republic of China or a country or region with normal trade relations with the People"s Republic of China may bid.
(3) Legal persons or other organizations that have an interest in the tenderer and may affect the impartiality of the tender shall not participate in the tender.
(4) Legal persons or other organizations entrusted to participate in the preliminary consultation of the project and the preparation of bidding documents shall not participate in the bidding of the entrusted project, nor shall they prepare bidding documents or provide consultation for the bidders of the project.
(5) The person in charge of the unit is the same person or there is a holding and management relationship between different units, shall not participate in the same tender project package bidding.

(7) The bidder shall provide the original or photocopy of the credit certificate issued by the bank of account within three months before the bid opening date.

(10) The project accepts bids from agents. The manufacturer of the same brand can only appoint one agent to participate in the bidding of this project. Manufacturers and agents of the same brand cannot bid for this project at the same time.
(11) The bidder can be the equipment manufacturer or equipment authorized agent, and the agent must have a valid authorization letter from the original manufacturer of the equipment; And has equipment technical support and service capabilities.
(12) The bidder shall have the ability, strength and acceptance experience of full-line hot wire transfer, debugging, and product wiring, and shall provide at least 5 8-inch or 12-inch hot wire full-line transfer experience (the total number of production equipment and equipment for each full-line transfer shall not be less than 100 sets) from 2020 to now, and provide contract, acceptance materials, list of transfer equipment, transfer ability and other certification materials.
