2)The capacity of the plant shall be decided based on 5.45m tons/year pickling scale.

3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:1)Agent bids are not allowed.
2)rom January 1, 2015 to the bidding deadline (subject to the contract signing date), the bidder shall have a supply performance of 10m3/h or above in the fluidized bed acid regeneration process.The relevant contract scanning copy and other supporting materials for the supply performance mentioned above are needed for bidding.
3)Bidders must participate in all bidding for the first and second bidding sections of the acid regeneration integrated Transformation (Phase II) acid regeneration equipment of Baoshan Base, and the quotation level is basically the same. Bids for only one of these projects will be rejected. If a bid for one project is rejected during the evaluation process, the bid for the other project will also be rejected.
