3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:2.9) The bidder is a legal person or other organization from the People"s Republic of China or a country or region with normal trade relations with the People"s Republic of China;
2.10) The bidder must be the manufacturer or sales agent of the same type of container cargo loader. If it is an agent, it must have the unique authorization letter of the manufacturer of the equipment to be invested for the project (provide a copy of the proof document of the unique authorization letter of the agent to participate in the project and stamp the bidder"s official seal). If a brand manufacturer and authorized agents participate in the bidding at the same time, only the bid of the manufacturer is accepted;
2.11) Parameters of the container cargo loader of the same model to be delivered by the bidder shall be consistent with the contents of the Civil Airport Special Equipment Notice Information Table of the Civil Aviation Administration of China, and screenshots of the Civil Airport Special Equipment Notice Information Table shall be provided with the bidder"s official seal;
2.12) The bidder or its manufacturer has the sales performance of one or more units of the same type of container cargo loader in domestic civil airports from January 1, 2021 to the date of announcement. Performance documents: The key pages of the contract and other supporting documents shall be provided, and the contract shall clearly reflect the parties to the contract (the end user shall be the civil aviation system unit, including but not limited to the airport construction unit or operation unit, airlines, airport ground service companies, etc.), the contract signing time, vehicle brand, vehicle model, and sales quantity (if the contract cannot reflect the above contents, If the key pages of the contract cannot reflect the above content, the owner"s certificate can be provided as an auxiliary proof, the owner"s certificate in addition to the above content also need to indicate the contact person and contact phone number, stamped with the owner"s seal, the above materials must provide a copy stamped with the bidder"s official seal, otherwise deemed invalid certification documents. ;
2.13) The person in charge of the unit is the same person or different units with holding and management relationship shall not participate in the bidding project at the same time;
2.14) Consortium bidding is not allowed for this project.
