3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:(1). The bidder has independent legal personality and is a manufacturer or authorized agent solely authorized by the manufacturer who is capable of providing the goods and services specified in the bidding documents;
(2). The bidding brand"s high-precision vertical machining center has achieved successful sales performance in high-precision vertical machining centers since January 2020 (based on the date of contract signing). The performance must provide a copy of the contract that reflects the equipment name, model, quantity, signing date, and the signature page of both parties, as well as a copy of the acceptance report (failure to provide a copy of the contract or a copy of the acceptance report shall be deemed as unsuccessful sales) ;
(3). Bidders or manufacturers have a comprehensive after-sales service system and strong technical support capabilities;
(4). Any deviation from the clauses indicated in Volume I of the Bidding Document that may lead to the rejection of the Tender Document will result in the rejection of the Tender.
