3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:(1) If the bidder is an enterprise within the territory of the People"s Republic of China, they must have independent legal personality and provide a copy of their business license.

(2) For equipment that requires medical device registration according to national regulations, a copy of the national medical device registration certificate and registration form must be provided.

(3) Products that implement the manufacturing and installation safety certification, mandatory certification (such as 3C certification), and access certificate system in the People"s Republic of China must provide qualification certificates issued by relevant departments of the People"s Republic of China (copies).

(4) The bidder must have a medical device operation qualification certificate (the business scope in the operation qualification certificate should cover the category of the invested products. If the invested products belong to category three, the medical device operation license shall prevail; if the invested products belong to category two, the medical device operation record certificate shall prevail).

(5) If the bidder is not a manufacturer of the products being bid for, and if they are an agent of imported products participating in the bidding, they must have one of the following authorization documents:

1) Original authorization letter issued by the manufacturer;

2) Original authorization letter issued by the domestic holding subsidiary of the manufacturer;

3) A copy of the authorization letter issued by the manufacturer to the authorized regional agent and the authorization letter issued by the regional agent (original special authorization letter required, original non special authorization letter for reference)

4) A copy of the product agency certificate obtained by the bidder (original for future reference).
