3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:★1) If the goods submitted by the bidder are not manufactured by the bidder himself, the bidder shall provide the formal power of attorney of the manufacturer, accept the original power of attorney issued by the manufacturer provided by the bidder or the power of attorney of the manufacturer"s Chinese general agent and regional agent, and do not accept the bidding authorized by the representative office, office and other independent legal personality (see the bidding documents of the international bidding standards for mechanical and electrical products (Volume I));
★2) Performance requirements: The bidder or equipment manufacturer has provided at least 2 records of the same type of equipment (referring to the vacuum induction furnace of the same brand of 50KG-500KG, which should have the function of steel leakage detection and the structure of the closed induction coil) in China since January 1, 2020, and provided sales records, on-site photos, relevant technical indicators, user certificates and contact information;
★3) The bidder shall provide the original or a copy of the credit certificate issued by the bank that opened the basic account within three months before the bid opening date, and the supporting documents of the bidder"s bank to open the basic account. Bidders outside the customs shall provide the original credit certificate or a copy of the original issued by their opening bank within three months before the bid opening date. (If the credit certificate clearly indicates that the copy is invalid, the original credit certificate must be provided, and the tendering agency reserves the right to review the original.) );
