3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:In addition to meeting the requirements of qualified bidders in Section 2.2 of Chapter 1 "Instructions to Bidders", Book I of the International Competitive Bidding Document for the Procurement of Mechanical and Electrical Products (2014 edition) compiled by the Department of Mechanical and Electrical Technology Industry of the Ministry of Commerce of People"s Republic of China (PRC), the following conditions should also be met (only one of the following items (1) and (2) can be met):

The general distributor (or general agent) shall hold the manufacturer"s authorization certificate and the bid authorization letter issued by the general distributor for the project within the validity period.
(3) The potential suppliers and legal representatives of suppliers who intend to participate in the bidding of this project are not listed in the list of "Credit China" website (www.creditchina.gov.cn), the subject of serious tax violations and dishonesty, and the list of serious government procurement violations and dishonesty in China Government Procurement Network (www.ccgp.gov.cn).
